Your meat, that it.
No, not that meat – your dinner, foolish man.
Rubs are great for preparing meat for the grill. No doubt about it. But they can get complicated and expensive.
An easier, quicker, tastier, and less expensive way is to use Bonobo Bob’s vinaigrettes as a marinade for tonight’s grilling adventure.
Chicken? Try the Pineapple-Ginger-Basil marinade, a proven favorite.
Pork or beef? The Mora-Garlic-Lime marinade brings tasty and needed flavor to Cuenca’s green and lean cuts.
And don’t forget the Hearty Italian – a blend of basil, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and ground peppercorn that works with, well, almost anything.
So simple. Mix Bonobo Bob’s vinaigrettes with a bit of olive oil, pour over meat in a zip lock bag, stick it in the fridge for a few hours, and it’s ready for the grill.
