Think you can’t make Indian food at home? Now you can! An Indian Affair brings you the first in our new line of do-it-yourself (DIY) sauces. Use our Masala Simmer Sauce (the same one we use for our Butter Chicken and Paneer Makhani) and ready to heat-n-eat Naan to make delicious Indian food at home on days you just have to have Indian food, to impress friends, or when you’re pressed for time. Two sizes available: our 260 ml. jar sells for $3.50; our 500 ml. jar sells for $6.50.
Our sauce has all the spices you need to create tasty meals. The Masala Simmer Sauce is brimming with authentic Indian flavor; has no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives; therefore, needs refrigeration after opening. Use it as a base for chicken, legumes, vegetables, tofu, etc. Keep the Naan in your freezer, just pop into oven or toaster when you want it (no need to defrost). Each package containing 2 Naans sells for $1.50.
We will have both for sampling (samples are free, as usual) and a limited supply for sale at the Artesans’ Bazaar at The Vegetable Bar (Paseo 3 de Noviembre y Jacaranda) on August 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Avoid disappointment – For every pre-order of the Masala Simmer Sauce and Naan combo, your Naan order will include an extra Naan – 3 Naans for $1.50! Pre-orders accepted through Wednesday, August 2.

Please note our last weekly order delivery will be on August 6, before we close for the week of August 6 – 13. We will post a new menu on August 13 for delivery on August 20. The Masala Simmer Sauce and the Naan should hopefully tide you over until we return from our vacation. Additionally, you can double up on the coming week’s menu.
