Among the typical cuisine in North America and Europe particularly sausages and meat products stand.
It is not difficult to believe that along and across these continents, their gastronomy have most of the time meat as the main ingredient in many dishes whether it be beef, pork or chicken;
Fortunately today and thanks to the intention of many young people who want to transform the popular western cuisine in order to be able to eat meat-free dishes a revolution has been launched for vegan and vegetarian food. And in 2016, according to a study in the United States, Germany, and England were the countries that most vegan products launched (18%, 17% and 11%, respectively)
Our company Taita Inti is based in the city of Cuenca Ecuador and produces with absolute efficiency, meat substitutes that are prepared with vegetable proteins. These protein tissues come together to give texture and consistency unique to the food. The products made by Taita Inti are a very tasty and simple option to replace the meat.
In the United States and Europe a good portion of the population is aware of following a balanced diet and it seems that this is increasing. In the last 30 years the number of vegetarians and vegans has multiplied by 10. The United States has gone from 900,000 vegans to 22,000,000. Taita Inti is aware of this transformation and wants to promote in Ecuador this new way of life for all layers of population of any age, young and old.
The vegan or vegetarian revolution is going to increase and our company will try to expand this type of diet in the country. At the moment Taita Inti has a production center in Cuenca with varied products that are distributed in shops and specialized stores.
