    some misinformation here in that it is not necessary to hire a guide, at Torreadora or anywhere else in the park….I have gone many, many times alone, and now I lead small groups to a special place far away from the registration and regulation of Torreadora

  • Capuli and Apple Wood


    Here is a shot of our first harvest of capuli wood. Capuli is prunus serotina, a type of Cherry very much treasured here in Cuenca. Cherry wood, like apple, is a favorite for the grill or smoker. We still have some apple wood in our inventory as well, ready for pickup or delivery.
